Welcome to Moron-a-rama!
My name is John Moroney, and I love toys. I love collecting them, building them, painting them, modifying them, finding them at garage sales, setting them up in giant dioramas across my son's bedroom. Star Wars, GI Joe, He Man, Micronauts, Fisher Price Adventure People, Bandai and Mattel and Hasbro ... I am an addict!

I also love monsters ... the freakier the better. From giant city stomping kaiju to those horrible parasite worms that get in your veins. Axe murderers, alien overloards, ancient evils, absorbing blobs and the ambulatory dead. For the month of October in my house, we only watch horror/monster movies. Every year I draw 31 monster, one for every day of October. I start planning my halloween costume in March ... I take this seriously!

Finally, I love art. I love drawing and painting and sculpting. I love super-glueing plastic pieces together dumping color over the whole mess. I lay on the floor like a kid and fill pages in my sketchbook. My wife is a PhotoShop widow as I disappear into design projects. I create whole worlds as I work, making stories up for each line on the page, each stroke of the brush, each shade on the screen ... I love this stuff!

So it is to this end that I have created Moron-a-rama. This is my chance to do what I love, share my works and maybe make a little money doing it. I hope you like what I'm trying ...
